I’m Carmie, a self-taught artist born in the Philippines and now based in the Netherlands. Working primarily with watercolor and oil paint, I’m drawn to the beauty of light, movement, and quiet moments that carry a story.

Inspired by classical art, vintage imagery, and the world around me, my work explores themes of beauty, identity, femininity, and nostalgia. I enjoy blending traditional techniques with my own contemporary perspective, creating pieces that feel timeless yet personal.

Over the years, my work has reached collectors internationally and has been exhibited across Europe. As I continue to grow as an artist, I’m constantly exploring new techniques and mediums while developing a visual language rooted in storytelling, emotion, and a love for the details that make each piece feel alive.
