I’m Carmie, a self-taught artist born in the Philippines, and currently based in the Netherlands. I work with watercolor and oil paint, with a strong focus on creating expressive, story-driven pieces that capture emotion, memory, and atmosphere. My process is deeply intuitive, often layering delicate detail with bold texture to bring each subject to life in a way that feels both personal and timeless.
Over the years, my work has reached international clients and has been exhibited in Europe. I continue to grow my practice as a full-time artist, exploring new techniques and mediums while developing a visual language rooted in storytelling and emotion.
